Email is easy to miss, and the day-before one lands while people sleep. DoNotify sends the reminder for you on a schedule: write the wording once, and it goes out as a real phone call to any handset, landline or mobile, with no app for the person receiving it. Voicemail gets a retry, and every call is logged. There are 14 free reminder calls to try it, no card required.

Frequently asked questions

What should an appointment reminder email include?

The business name, the date and time, the location, and a clear way to confirm or cancel. Keep it short. The subject line should carry the date or time so it is useful even unopened.

When should I send an appointment reminder email?

Two common points work well together: one 2 to 3 days before (enough notice to rebook the slot if they cancel) and one the day before (a final nudge). For high-value appointments, add a same-day one.

Are these appointment reminder email templates free?

Yes. Copy any of them, swap the bracketed fields, and use them however you like.

What if people ignore the email?

Email is silent, so some always will. A reminder that rings the phone is much harder to miss, which is what DoNotify adds on top of, or instead of, email.
